Richard Bosman, the self proclaimed king of bacon (Prince). We like to think we make the best bacon. But it’s not a competition. Richard has been fortunate enough to turn his hobby into his career – and what a career it has been. He turns the finest quality pasture reared pork and other fresh meats into arguably the country’s finest charcuterie. We have been a fan of the man and his cured meats for years and we are stoked to finally stock some of it here.
